Privacy policy
iRink is built for youth sport, where most profiles belong to minors. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it is protected.

Who we are
iRink provides a hockey player evaluation and team management platform to minor hockey associations in Canada. For any privacy question or request, write to contact@irink.ca. This address reaches the person responsible for the protection of personal information at iRink.
This website (irink.ca)
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors. Pages are delivered through Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps and Cloudflare, which process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Demo requests
When you submit the Book a demo form, we receive your name, email, association, association size and message. We use this information only to answer your request and organize a demo. The form is processed by Formspree, a service based in the United States, which forwards the request to us by email. We do not sell or share this information, and we delete it on request.
The iRink platform
Associations decide which information is entered in the platform (players, evaluations, teams, schedules). iRink processes that information on their behalf to provide the service. Platform data is hosted in Canada. Access is limited by role, division and team, sign-in is confirmed by a code sent by email, and changes to access, evaluations and rosters are recorded.
Information about minors
Most player profiles concern minors. Their information is entered by their association and is visible only to the people whose role requires it. Families see only their own child's information in the private family portal.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@irink.ca. For information held in the platform, we work with your association to answer the request. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and indicate the date of the latest version at the top.
